Sign in Tips
If you cannot login successfully after you have made sure you are entering a valid user name and password, please follow the steps below:
- Check the edition of your IE. If your version of IE is 6.0 or before, you will need to make some modifications to the default properties of your browser
- On your browser, click “ Tools ”, “ Internet Options ”, and then click the “ Security ” tab. Set the security level to “ Low ” and click “ OK ” .
- Under the “ General ” tab, select “ Delete Files ” under Temporary Internet Files . Check the “ Delete Files ” box and choose “ OK ” .
- Then under the “ General ” tab “ Temporary Internet Files ” , Click “ Settings ”, then “ View File ”, and choose “ File ”, “ Select All ”, and then “ Delete ”.
- Under the “ Connection ” tab, select “ LAN Settings ”
- Keep the “ Use a Proxy Server ” check box blank and push “ OK ”. Close the browser.
